Here to introduce my work called Life Mentoring which was new to my services in 2015 BUT has been picking up momentum since then. Life Mentoring is words that are limited to describe the finer details. Why? Because each individual’s situation varies, and my mentoring work requires a level of comprehension between health, mind, body, and energy. The tools, experiences, and learnings that I bring to the table will vary from one client to another because it is focused on what is needed at the time (working with the higher self.) The main idea is to help guide people with increased awareness and clarity to bring about more happiness, joy, and peace into their lives.
Life Mentoring helps you if you are struggling or reacting to something going on in your life
It is my desire to open space for more and more peace in our world. Who would entertain ‘Life Mentoring’? If you are a person that struggles with one or more of these areas in your life then ‘Life Mentoring’ may be for you: relationships, self-doubt, monkey mind, finances, happiness, health, sleeping, addictive habits, and sadness. There will be situations in which a qualified practitioner or medical doctor would initially be best to engage such as with mental illness or a broken bone. Life Mentoring looks at what is happening to you
Other ways to look at what you are going through may include some of the following but are not limited to:
- Life trips you up every once in a while – road rage, a family member, an event in the past causes deep emotions, etc.
- After the ecstasy the laundry – attained a level of enlightenment, peace, and/or bliss but cannot hold onto it in every waking moment, some things invade your peace from time to time.
- Two camps – you lead a double life, when in yoga class or in meditation all is well, when at work or with family, etc. you are thrown for a loop. Peace is an afterthought.
- A turn in your story – things were planned out, but it didn’t turn out as you planned. These situations frustrate you and cause you anger, or sadness. This could involve a traumatic event, such as a death or an accident.
- Dealing with the unknown – for some, there are unexplainable situations that occur in your life. You question. You ponder why. Why me? situations.

A caution here, as much as there are formal studies, a person brings to the table not only their education, but their personality, experiences, and knowledge that extends from purpose, intuition, exposure, and continued studies.

Continued studies include daily practices of forms of meditation and fitness, including Tilden Tension Exercises (since 2018), and Y-Dan (since 2011), both of which I teach others in workshops, such as, ‘Move Well For Your Better Health.’ Experiences include foraging, organizing walking groups, holidays and retreats, and field research.
As a Holistic Nutritionist, Mind-Body Healer, and Iridologist, I am qualified to address diet, constitutions, toxicity, and other pillars of health with the myriad of knowledge that I have attained from studying herbology, healthy fats, and more. My earlier career for over 19 years, was working for one of the largest grocery retailers and food companies in Canada in the food processing area, focusing on risk management, commodities, and purchasing. I have knowledge in these industries: bakeries, chocolate making, fisheries, dairy, flour milling, vegetable oil refining, sugar refining, and more.
