Welcome

Holistic Nutrition and Omega 3s

So often we wait until we have health issues before deciding to return to nature’s way of healing, and prevention is an afterthought. No matter where you are in your life, whatever your situation, I’m here to guide you to build a path to wellness that works for you.

As a nutritional consultant and life coach, I understand the benefits of proper nourishment and removing the toxic load from the body and mind. Optimum health includes nutrition, activity, sleep and relaxation, and matters of the mind.

On a different side of my business, I have been impressed with the Auum Omega 3 products due to the first-hand results and scientific studies that have proven to me that raw mammalian Omega 3s consistently deliver better results than fish and plant sources.

My goals are to help you navigate your healthy life, give you an understanding of food and nutrition, and the tools for a better quality of life. Recommendations are personalized, based on your level of motivation and current lifestyle for optimum results.  Successfully coaching hundreds to a healthier, happier life.
