With introduction and instructional videos plus more, it is easy to go at your own pace with learning Y-Dan Exercises. Follow each Lesson until you have learned the moves then move on to the next lesson; adding on new moves for each lesson. There is one page per lesson which guides you through each move then provides a practice video. These recorded videos allows you to learn at any time of the day and easier if you are in a different time zone. Cheryl still loves the in person instructions whether online or in her health studio but you will find this just as personal and informative. Y-Dan Exercise Classes are Simple, Safe, and At Home Moves for All Ages

Since 2011, Cheryl Millett has been practicing Y-Dan in the comfort of her home and when traveling. She has introduced various Y-Dan moves after the Sunday walks and offers optional morning sessions on the walking holidays. Millett began teaching students in 2018. In 2019, she taught a Sifu in the martial and healing arts (Kung fu, Qigong, and Tai-Chi) so he can bring Y-Dan to his students and retreats.
