There is one page per lesson which guides you through each move then provides a practice video. These recorded videos allows you to learn at any time of the day and easier if you are in a different time zone. Cheryl still loves the in person instructions whether online or in her health studio but you will find this just as personal and informative. Y-Dan Exercise Classes are Simple, Safe, and At Home Moves for All Ages
Since 2011, Cheryl Millett has been practicing Y-Dan in the comfort of her home and when traveling. She has introduced various Y-Dan moves after the Sunday walks and offers optional morning sessions on the walking holidays. Millett began teaching students in 2018. In 2019, she taught a Sifu in the martial and healing arts (Kung fu, Qigong, and Tai-Chi) so he can bring Y-Dan to his students and retreats.

I have really enjoyed the benefits of Y-Dan as a gentle and easy to perform set of daily movements. It has improved my balance over time which is important to me as a Senior Citizen.
